Become a
Vendor

Become a Vendor at a UPSC Event and Grow Your Reach!

Being a vendor at our signature events is a great way to reach thousands of people. And for the first time, vendors at the 2024 events were able to select their own booth spaces!

Vendors include our partners and for-profit, non-profit and religious organizations. Strolling among over 100 booths, festival visitors see arts and crafts, clothing, jewelry, baked goods, and beauty and wellness products.

Visitors can also learn from the exhibits of LGBTQ+ groups, register to vote, get the latest health information, or meet members of welcoming churches. And when they’re ready to grab a bite, they can choose from a variety of food trucks.

You may be wondering...

Who can be a vendor?

Upstate Pride SC welcomes all sorts of vendors, as long as they are family friendly. Business vendor booths include paintings, jewelry, clothing, crafts, decorative items, packaged food items like barbecue sauce or cookies, and pride-related products. They also include representatives from businesses all across the Upstate.

Non-profit organizations also make up an important part of the Festival, from the United Way, to various PFLAG groups, and political organizations. LGBTQ+-friendly religious organizations are also welcome at the Festival. We also include about a half dozen food trucks.

Dates and Details

Applications for this year’s Upstate Black Pride March & Festival open March 1. Applications are available for For-Profit, Non-Profit or Religious vendors, and we also have an application for Premium Spaces, which are right in the heart of the Festival space. A separate application is available for food trucks.

All vendors must agree to the rules, which are available when you sign up for a space.

Applications Open March 1

We can't wait to partner with you at our annual events! Check back on March 1 to see more details and to complete your application for the 2025 Black Pride March and Festival in downtown Greenville.
